Below is a brief overview of planned changes to the site.  All changes are pending approval of management with scheduled implementation based on available resources.

Phase 1

1. A general clean up of site layout, with following key points. (completed 2nd March)
   1. Removal of page fade in.
   2. Restructure navigation menu to top of page.
   3. Redesign home page to include 'quick links', 'hot links' and featured product.
   4. Enable web forms for things like literature requests, general enquiries.

Phase 2

1. Re-creation of the Distributor support site.
   1. Get all product manuals updated and on line in PDF via registered download link
   2. Enable 'live chat' so distributors can seek assistance via web interface.

Phase 3

1. Online ordering for machine spares and consumables.
