    With a departmental total of over 70 years experience in the packaging industry, specifically within the coding and marking sector, the Allen service team are fully trained to the highest levels on all of our equipment. We pride ourselves in the provision of a “first class service" to our customers.

    Whether it be a reactive call or through our exclusive Allen Premium Maintenance Plan, you can be assured of a rapid response. With engineers based both regionally and at our offices in Stevenage, our department objectives are set to minimise your production down-time.

     

    Allen Coding Systems offer a complete range of service related products designed to cater for our customers’ wide ranging needs in today's demanding production environments.

    Technical Support

    Our Technical Support Desk provides the facility to discuss coding application issues on a one-to-one basis with skilled personnel. Whether it be to book an engineer, discuss any of our service offerings or for application consultancy, our technical expertise is a valuable resource available to all Allen customers.

    On-Site Servicing & Repairs

    We provide on-site servicing and repair for our customers covering the whole of the UK, with engineers based both at our headquarters in Stevenage and regionally across the UK. Our engineers are comprehensively equipped, each engineer carrying a carefully selected range of spares, enabling them to deal with on-site repairs and servicing requirements quickly and efficiently. With downtime being both high profile and high cost, our expertise at keeping this to an absolute minimum has proven invaluable to our customers.

    In-House Servicing

    In addition to on-site call outs we are able to offer an In-House repair service. Equipment returned to our factory is fully serviced and subjected to the same rigorous test procedures as all Allen products, leaving you safe in the knowledge that your equipment will be returned “as good as new”. On request, loan equipment can be provided in order to help alleviate the pressure on production while your equipment is being serviced. Although our standard In-House repair service is already a proven fast and efficient preference, we also have the option of a ‘Fast Track’ alternative if your repair is more urgent.

    Preventative Maintenance

    For total peace of mind we are able to offer the Premium Preventative Maintenance Plan (Field Service Contract). Whilst we have complete confidence in the reliability of our equipment, Allen Coding Systems can provide a fully inclusive field service contract designed to ensure that your Allen coding equipment is maintained to an excellent standard. Our newly formulated service contract has been designed to provide the complete maintenance plan, offering peace of mind at highly competitive rates. By opting for the Premium Maintenance Plan with a set annual service budget, you can relax in the knowledge that you will benefit from priority service designed to increase and maintain your production up-time.

    Customer Training

    As part of the extensive range of service offerings available to Allen customers worldwide, we are able to provide dedicated product and software training courses tailored to meet your individual requirements. At your preference, these courses can be managed and co-ordinated either at your own premises or alternatively at our head offices in Stevenage.

    Network and Software Solutions

    We are able to offer a number of software solutions to meet your specific coding requirements. Our label design software gives you complete autonomy to manage your labeling and networking needs. Alternatively, our in-house label formatting service allows you to specify your label design structure and we will do the rest, providing you with a fast, reliable and efficient way of generating your label designs.

    Contract Coding

    Tailored to meet the growing production demands placed on our customers during busy periods, Allen are able to offer either machine rental or off-line contract coding solutions. Please contact a member of the service department for details.


     Bespoke Frame Design

    If we do not already have a frame assembly suited to meet your specific application requirements from our extensive installation portfolio, we are able to offer a bespoke design and manufacturing service using the latest in 3D modeling software.
